Vice President of Sales

Joel Johns joined Synthex Organics in 2013 and has served as Vice President of Sales since that time. Following the merger of Synthex Organics and Chemstream, he continues to lead business development and sales initiatives across all Chemstream divisions, focusing on expanding market reach and building long-term customer partnerships.

With over 30 years of experience in chemical sales, industrial water treatment, and oil and gas, Joel takes a hands-on approach to growth, spending much of his time in the field alongside Chemstream’s representatives. He works directly with customers to conduct technical site surveys, identify operational challenges, and develop customized chemical programs that optimize performance and efficiency.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Franciscan University.
