The Wheel-Treater Exposed
The Wheel-Treater is predominantly comprised of stainless steel. The peristaltic pump housing is aluminum with a stainless steel option. The safety fenders are ABS plastic.
Water can be gravity fed or pump fed into the intake port. Typically only 2-10% of the total flow rate is channeled into the Wheel-Treater.
The distributor manifold sends water to the wheel at an 11 o'clock position on the runner. The water then drains from the runner at a 6 o'clock position.
The Randolph-Austin peristaltic pump has stainless steel sealed bearings. The pump mounting stage will accommodate two smaller pump sizes and the option of a Zero-Max gearbox drive.
Various tubing adapters are included with every unit, making connections fast and easy. The peristaltic pump will accommodate two tubing sizes.
The Wheel-Treater has large lifting handles on both sides for portability.
The runner outflow is completely contained with a 6" NPT drain outlet.
