David McCombie, President
David McCombie has served in different facets of the coal industry prior to coming to Chemstream in October, 2012. After completing his education at Indiana University of Pa., David was employed by Rosebud Mining Company. Rising through the ranks at Rosebud, he has held several positions, including position director of coal preparation. David has managed several aspects of the business including production and quality control, miner’s safety and water treatment. Through his industry knowledge and strong relationship with government regulators, he brings a unique value to Chemstream.

Brandon Labrozzi,  Director of Operations and Engineering
Brandon LaBrozzi graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and earned a B.S. in Chemistry, an A.S. in Engineering Science and two minors: Math and Physics.  LaBrozzi continued his education at Cornell University and earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a focus in Energy Economics and Engineering. Prior to joining Chemstream in December 2012, Brandon worked in the electro polishing industry treating waste water and performing quality control analyses before working two years with a drilling contractor as a Systems Engineer in the Appalachian basin.

Steve Jenkins, Sales Manager Boiler Chemistry
Steve Jenkins graduated from Williamson Trade School in 1984 and obtained his degree in Power Plant Technology. He has over 25 years experience as a field service engineer, with his primary focus in the Industrial and utility power industry. Responsibilities included commissioning new steam generators, balance of plant, and performing annual waterside and fireside inspections. Just prior to coming to work for Chemstream Steve worked for Rosebud mining in the Sales and Logistics department for the past several years.
